The album's title track, CrazyWorld, is a somber dedication to William (Billy) Clark Pfalmer, a homie that passed far too early. The opening verse is graced by Heretic Skeptic, who although he never met Billy, sets the perfect disgruntled, hopeless tone for the song. Grizz's verse (his most personal one on the album) is emotional and sorrowful, and the distorted, gritty beat is produced by 1865. The song ends with both MCs joining in an eerie refrain:
